**Note: ornamental trim on waist is just a smidge off center.
Good vintage condition: overall construction and strength of the dress is excellent, but there are several areas of staining; skirt has several dime size to golf ball size stains and water rings; bottom hem of the skirt has been stepped on and show signs of dirt; many of these issues look like they would lift with a proper cleaning.
