CONDITION
Great vintage condition: extremely light topical discoloration at the underarms; a 3 inch hairline faint marking on the back right side of the skirt; a few pinhead specks on the bottom hem of the skirt; elastic smocking is just beginning to stretch out but still has a ton of stretch left to it.
