CONDITION
As-is vintage condition, wounded bird: holes in the fabric at both underarms (the bell sleeves are so beautiful but you could remove the sleeves for a sexy tank dress!); back of the skirt has a small area of wear in the velvet that is not noticeable unless under close inspection.
