REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any and all refunds. Due to the one of a kind nature of vintage pieces, this also applies to all canceled orders. In the unique case of a return, original shipping is not refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We would be happy to generate a pre-paid electronic shipping label for the return, provided the buyer sends advanced payment for the label. Buyers can also opt for store credit, there is no restocking fee when store credit is issued. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days from when the item was delivered.
It's hard to survive as a small business owner. Returns come at a great cost to our livelihood and to the planet. We do not align with the practices of corporate online box stores. Those types of companies have multi-million dollar budgets and sell cheaply made, mass produced clothing with oftentimes unethical labor practices. That allows those companies to offer things like a "take home and try on" return policy that unfortunately we can't compete with, nor do we agree with it.
