All of our items are carefully measured, meticulously inspected and described as accurately and honestly as possible so that buyers can make the most informed decision prior to purchase. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any and all refunds. Due to the one of a kind nature of vintage pieces, this also applies to all canceled orders. In the unique case of a return, original shipping is not refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We would be happy to generate a pre-paid electronic shipping label for the return, provided the buyer sends advanced payment for the label. Buyers can also opt for store credit, there is no restocking fee when store credit is issued. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days from when the item was delivered, the return must be authorized by Luxie Vintage prior to shipping back the item.
We are a slow fashion one-of-a-kind clothing boutique, not a costume rentals shop. Returns come at a great cost to our livelihood and to the planet. We do not align with the practices of corporate fast fashion stores. Those types of companies have multi-million dollar budgets and sell cheaply made, mass produced clothing with oftentimes unethical labor practices. This allows those companies to offer things like a "take home and try on" return policy that unfortunately we can't compete with, nor do we agree with it. We hope people who shop at Luxie Vintage appreciate that they are supporting a small, artisan business who offers quality-made merchandise and values the great cost of shipping things around the world.
