What is vintage?
All of the items we sell are vintage. We define vintage as an item that is 20 years old or more. Chances are, the vintage item has been pre-worn, pre-washed, and pre-loved, unless otherwise noted. 

Before making a purchase, be sure to carefully read the description, condition and measurements. If you are unsure about the fit or condition of an item, please contact us before purchasing and we would be happy to assist you!


 

How long will it take to process my order?
We generally ship out all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase.

 

I need this ASAP, can you Express ship this?
Yes! Express shipping should automatically be an option during the checkout process. If you do not see and Express shipping option, please email us and we will do everything we can to prioritize your order.

 

Do you offer layaway?
Yes. We offer a 30 day layaway plan. A non-refundable 20% deposit is due immediately. The remaining balance can be paid off at the buyer's convenience for the remaining 30 day period. In the event the layaway plan cannot be completed in full by the buyer, the 20% deposit will be deducted from the refund.

 

Why don't you allow returns?
We are a small, mom & pop artisan boutique. The items we sell are all unique, one of a kind pieces that are personally hand picked by the shop owner. A lot of time and effort is invested into each individual piece. We meticulously inspect, accurately measure and honestly describe all of our items so that buyers can make the most informed decisions prior to purchase.  

Returns impact our life a lot more than "fast fashion" corporate e-commerce web stores. Those types of companies have multi-million dollar budgets and sell cheaply made, mass produced clothing. Those stores are able to offer a "take home and try on" return policy that unfortunately we can't compete with. We hope people who shop at our store appreciate that they are supporting a small business.
