CONDITION
Good as-is vintage condition: dress fabric is very wearable but more of a costume fabric, some of the velvet bows are loose on the back and when we re-tacked them on they didn’t want to stay tacked due to the lighterweight fabric. Wear with care!

Note on fit: Fit was loose. Rouen is 5’7 31AA-24-33 with a modern dress size 0, letter size XS and a size 24 or 25 in jeans.
